Epson p800 using Fine Art Paper

Anyone with experience with this machine? You need to feed from front bottom but does not seem to work. Large sheets end up on the back also so what is wrong with using back loader?

I use an Epsom XP820. I think it is the same family of printers you are working with. I can feed paper from the bottom tray or I can feed paper from the rear. I choose to use the rear as it works much better that the bottom tray. It doesn't bend the paper as much and you get a clean print. All you need to do is to choose rear in your options when you go to print. Of course you need to have loaded the Epsom software into your computer in order to do this. If you do not have the software you can download it free from the Epsom web site.
