Grey market dealer, enough said.
Shellback
Loc: North of Cheyenne Bottoms Wetlands - Kansas
Not an authorized dealer - gray market item - Nikon will not service - no Nikon warranty - you must purchase 3rd party warranty
Top recommended sites for photo gear (all authorized dealers):
B&H Photo & VideoAdorama Cameta Camera KEH Camera
Do they have a store? And if so did any of the Hog visit their store? Back in the early 2000 I saw some too good to be true ads from some online outfit. I called them on the phone confirming the price then when I asked where they are located at so I can come to the store and pick up the camera they said they don't do that.

Like the song, Run Run Run.
If you love to be a victim go ahead, and use 42 nd Street. Be aware that after you make a purchase from some on line camera sellers, as soon as you give them your card number, it's charged. Unlike most reliable and tried and true sellers Adorama and B&H who only charge a customer's card when your purchase is shipped. Stay near your phone, and e-mail you will probably be getting a phone call asking if you wish to purchase the battery kit, Oh yes, by the way, the camera aint gonna work without a battery, your from Brand X unknown dealer may cost you $150 or $200 extra. Oh, yes stay by your phone and so you can call because your order has not been shipped, only to be to told, "the camera you ordered is out of stock"

Run away!!! they are grey market and also try to upsell with misleading statements.
Go to Adorama, B&H, or Cameta if you are shopping in NYC. Be very careful of Walmart as they have started advertising grey market cameras on their website. K-mart/Sears are not authorized dealers so anything from them would be grey market. Sam's Club/ Costco / and BJ's are ok (I think). 42nd street and the other one 47? street are both grey.
Here is the list of Nikon Authorized Dealers as of 1/28/2017
