My wife and I love Harpers Ferry and visit several times a year, usually over 2 nights. When we heard a snow storm was coming , we jumped in the Subaru and off we went.

Snow makes everything more beautiful! We have had a wonderful year for snow here in Southern Oregon...about a foot, whereas some years (most) we get no snow. Beautiful pictures Starlifter.

Hello. It was Feb of 2011 or 12. We heard the weather report of snow for the coming weekend so off we went. The Hilltop House hotel was still open. How about a photo meet and greet?

I'm retired too.Don't have plans right now, What areas would you like to see. Have you ever been to Conowingo dam on the susquehanna river. Great place for eagles.

I have been there, one day is good & the next is not, quite a trip for me. I would like to try again with good weather.
