Erv, I've come to realize the old adage is true "If we don't use it we will loose it." and this without a major issue just due to our becoming less active. We sexagenarians need to stick together... Now that Jack has become one of us he'll begin to realize his strength is waning as well. Keep up the good work and stretch a little while listening to Janny and the Doc. Looking forward to seeing you out more this year.

It is funny, I never thought about getting old till this happened. But the Doc says I am in pretty good shape. And not to worry to much about the stroke. And in time I will be back to my old self again. My heart is really good. He said I worked hard my whole life and that is what made to stroke not to bad. So I guess I have to keep working.:):) Yes we have to get after Jack little and keep him and us all in better shape!!!
