At the edge of the stream - Infrared

This was taken with a Nikon D70 converted to Infrared. The colors are mine done with a little bit of photo painting with some layers of Topaz Impression and Texture.

The top third could go away, lol, but I love the look of the bottom 2/3!

Normally I agree with most of what you say, Linda, but on this one when I remove the top 1/3 it felt unbalanced.

BTW - I just had this image printed and backlit. The colors, when illuminated, are great (at least I thought so...).

I can imaging backlighting adds a whole other dimension. Nice!

Rick, not my kind of thing. However, I love it! The colors and the water - it makes a beautiful shot and I imagine your backlit version is spectacular. This would fit well in an art gallery!
