Nice..... you might next time think about placing the horizon above or below center.... try cropping in different ways to see what you can achieve.

I love the simplicity. And I love "big open space" images. Sometimes the horizon goes in the middle. I do see that cropping a bit off the bottom would work, but if you're emotionally attached to this one, then this one is the right one for you!

I like your picture, but I really like the rule of thirds. The offset boat is OK, but the horizon in the middle does not feel right. Good luck. David
