Been playing with a few cameras just for funsies. Here are a few shots (very lightly tweaked, basically out of camera) with various pieces of kit. Hope you enjoy.

In order:
1. Skull: High-Rez from OMD-EM5ii with 14-150 kit lens
2. Theatre Festival: OMD-EM10ii with kit lens
3. Lakeside Retreat: Fuji X-T10 with kit lens

I'm not sure what kind of tests you were doing, but 1 and 2 show evidence of over exposure. 3 is rather nice.

Been test driving a few cameras. Still trying to decide between Fuji (IQ) and Olympus (IBIS). I shoot a ton in low light/high contrast situations (plays) for work. So here are a few shots (very lightly tweaked, basically ooh) with various pieces of kit. Hope you enjoy.

I like to rent or borrow and try before I buy.

I usually start with a controlled lighting setup aimed at a 21-step gray scale, a ColorChecker Chart, and a lot of other brightly colored objects. Then I run the camera through its entire range of exposure, white balance, and other menu settings, saving raw and JPEG (large, fine) files. I set everything to defaults, then vary one control at a time. I'm looking for a consistently smooth transition from setting to setting, in JPEG mode. I'm looking for sensor performance in raw mode. I put together a PDF file with the metadata from each exposure printed right next to it, so I can see the effects of each setting.

After that, I wander around the neighborhood, photographing random scenes.

The first test is a reference that gives me an idea of the capability of the device. It forces me to explore the menus and helps me to understand what each control affects in an image. It also serves as a reference later, if something "goes bump in the night." Then, too, it allows controlled comparisons across platforms.

The wandering around bit gives me a sense of real world performance, which, of course, is the final arbiter of purchase.

Test...I should say test-driving. Basically just shooting. The OE in 1&2 are with intent.
