Phantom Pelican

I shot this near the ocean in Pensacola Fl. I was able to get 2 feet away from the pelican without it flying away. I used my old Canon S21S Powershot. I call it phantom pelican because it reminds me of phantom of the opera. Please critique my photos and give comments.

I like the black and white look. It reminds me a lot of what I've been doing with my Antelope Canyon photos.

Yes, I like the way the light brightens up the left hand side..nice one.

This is going to seem like cherry picking, but I'd loose the detail on the right side. It adds nothing. Other than that, good shot.
