Yes, however, the KEH offered ball head does not include quick release plates. Mine has two in the box (one on the head, the other in the plastic sleeve). See picture. KEH also lists theirs as in EX condition, whereas mine is "as new." KEH will also charge a minimum $5.95 for shipping. Thanks.
