Acadia Revisited

I wonder if others have revisited travel albums several years after the initial edit and discovered images that had the hidden beauty of the colors locked away due to outdated software? I can remember that, at the time my BH and I made the trip to Acadia NP, Maine, I was pretty disappointed by the pervasive grey skies and fog. But I've had the chance to rework some of my favorite images in Lightroom6 and found the latent colors that were there all along. Kinda makes me want to go back again!

I enjoyed these, the colorful sunsets and the tall ship with boat image.

Good work to pull the colors and light out of dated images that probably looked flat. I love the fog over the valley, quieting yet a bit of a chill in the air. I also like the last, the colors on the water and beach of the setting sun. Impressive.

Outstanding shots and they are even more special because you rediscovered them and were able to make them match the pleasure you felt taking them!
