Yes, I love California living!

I love the title "Montreal Curling", wonder who thought that up!
I always thought our northern friends knew how to drive on snow and ice. Sometimes it’s beyond your ability.

Would love to see it, but there's a problem with the link. The space after "newsandbusiness. _ may be the cause.

Somewhat humorous, but at the same time, what a shame to have all those vehicles damaged.

Someone posted that a couple of weeks ago without the commentary. The commentary makes it!

We often hear it down here, especially from our Yankee brethren, that the is nothing more dangerous then a Texan on ice...Welp, I think this funny "vid" shows that our Canadian cousins share some of those very same problems...

snow had nothing to do with that siutation. It was ICE. Not even God can drive on ice. It's the most helpless feeling in the world.

It proves it is a slippery slope to drive in some places!

I think that is a famous Montreal hill for winter incidents. Given the different angles there must have been more than one videographer. Those guys knew where to go for the 'good' stuff. Duluth, MN has very steep hills (all perpendicular to Lake Superior) but we never get shows like this one. Ordinarily a town would sand & salt grades like this one from the very beginning of snow fall.

Don't they ever teach you to keep off the brake when you skid. It's not rocket science.

I am on the other end of the spectrum. I lived in Chandler AZ one year. I would take the weather in the video over that anytime. Bundling against the cold is no problem, and using a little bit of not so common sense can avoid those few situations.
