PZD in tamron lens

if i already have an internal focus motor in the body of my camera ( nikon d7000) and i have 2 choices on the lens, one with PZD and one without does it matter?

Either one will work. Many of the motorized lenses will allow you to manually override the AF by grasping the focus ring without having to flip the AF switch. If you do this with the un-motorized lenses, you risk breaking the AF screw.

If you are not used to manual focus and don't tend to grab the focus ring (as I sometimes do), then this isn't an issue.

The PZD version is the newer one I believe. It is also a little smaller and lighter.
