Thank you. I updated my two favorite programs, B&W Effects and Adjust. Doing so with Denoise is much more difficult and I cannot understand why.

Same problem here. After installing it still shows the March 2016 build. Also going to the control panel and looking at installed programs the install date shows as 8/9/2016. Installed 3 times and get the same result.

Topaz DeNoise 6 is a stand alone plug in which may make it more difficult to install. I installed it at the first offering, when I downloaded and installed the 6 update, I now have access in the PS menu option, vs having to leave the application. You might try to send a trouble ticket to Topaz and mention the trouble you had or are having installing the update.

I will also add that at times I have had trouble installing plug-ins and Adobe updates, especially Adobe CC updates since Adobe and Apple seem to refuse to play well together, however the Topaz plug-in updates went well and seem to be working well as they should < my fingers are crossed they will continue to work

Can you post a snip of your updated DeNoise 6 version. Open DeNoise, click menu, click about. What is the date on that?

I can run DeNoise as a stand alone or from the PS Filter menu. No problem at all with that. I am just trying to understand why after the update it still shows the March build. It is not a big issue. Just my curiosity more than anything else.

Here is a screen shot of Topaz 6 plug in after the update, now realized the date still relects a March 8, 2016 pub date. The only thing I can surmise is that, that date is the original release date and for some reason the plug in up date did not change or correct the date
