Topaz Failure to Respond

I tried to reinstall Topaz. It asked for my 30 digit license. I entered it and the response was that my number was not correct. I went back to my databank and sure enough, that number was correct. It had installed on the previous machine. So i tried again. Still no joy. I left an email for Topaz support and a day later got a message that they would respond in four days. (Which seems unacceptable to me, but. . .) It has now been two weeks and not another peep out of them.

Their product was almost $400 back then, now $500. I'm getting unhappy.

Send another message! Unlike them, they are quick to care for customers. Also, log into your Topaz account and confirm the license number. They keep in on your page @ their site.

As NikonCharlie said, simply send another message. With the holiday season, they may be short on staff due to vacations. But be polite. Rudeness and angry tone are not nearly as effective to accomplish stuff as some people think. (Sometimes customer service representatives will intentionally move a rude message to the bottom of the pile, with the hope another rep will eventually deal with it.)

when you confirm the license number copy and paste it in that way no mistakes Also do you have Topaz on more than 2 computers? You need to disable Topaz on your old computer

If you still have Topaz on your old computer Google Belarc Advisor and download to the old computer. It is free. Run Belarc and it will show your Topaz install key. Incidentally Topaz WILL run on more than one computer. I have it on my desktop and my laptop.

Never had an issue with Topaz. Maybe it's the holiday timeframe.

Instead of copying, can you cut and paste the code? sometimes a 0 and o get mixed up or a capital letter is missed. next is it a windows machine or Aple?

Have had similar experience with topaz labs as I have had a query for them on their clarity program since last Wednesday and they have not responded. Evidently they are shorthanded as they usually respond within a few days!! Good luck!! I would call their customer service dept.on your situation.

I just took a look at all of my Topaz installation keys. All are numbers, no letters.
