Moon object in my pictures

Recently I've gotten this little moon shaped object on my pics. Do you think it's from my lens. If anyone knows please let me know.

A picture would help, but you might want to check the straight across the center of the frame at the same distance as that "moon" like object is from the center of the frame and see if there is a bright light there. If there is, what you are seeing is one type of an internal reflection.

Good morning Susan. Have you cleaned your lens lately? Might be you didn't get it wiped off good. But with out a picture to look at, hard to tell.

Sorry I'm on my phone and put it in here twice. I took the pic from off of my camera screen but it can work. The moon shape is in the upper left hand side

I got it it's on my sensor and I haven't been able to reply because my husband had surgery and I was out of town for this. Thanks
