Very nice shots. I prefer the first one. It is such a pretty bird. Is its song as nice as its looks, and do you know its name?

The bird is a Red breasted Robin - and its song is pretty - typically Robin- but nothing like the American Robin - which is not a robin, but a member of the Thrush family.

The first photo is the best. Would have been nice to have a lens that could have blurred the background a little more.

I was using a Nikon P900 (bridge) and shooting on Auto maybe could have achieved a more blurred background if I had fiddled a bit.

Beautiful little bird, wonderful shots.... your robin is so much cuter than ours, I always enjoy viewing birds from the UK!
