Welcome to the UHH.
Start taking pictures, even if it is the TV remote or the view out the window. Pretend you are a teacher and give yourself assignments like "Take pictures to illustrate..." Where you live, your hobbies, your family, your dream car etc etc etc. Go to the mall and do a photo essay on "How to spend $100,000 in one day!"
What lenses do you have? What processing software do you have? What photo friendly things/places are near you?

Welcome - you are not alone.
Use your camera as an excuse to get out and about. You know that is 'the right thing to do'.
Look at e-magazine site tutorials and complete one or two, step by step. It is a great satisfaction, rather than 'struggling' to find a 'great shot'. It also will show you your weaknesses and allow you to improvise ways of overcoming them.
Think about 'table top' photography. Not necessarily 'Macro' but some 'tricks' with light and focus. (macro too)
Explore post processing - it is the other half to the camera. Some easy, some difficult until you master it.
There are over 5,000,000 images posted on-line every day!!! go find something you like and make one for yourself. Ask How here if need be.
Above all, Have fun
Get out and shoot, it will come back.
Buy new gear, that will do it. (Just kidding, everyone. Don't go ballistic.)

JFK, I don't know where you live so I don't know how possible this is for you but I get out & drive back roads a lot & you'd be surprised at how many interesting subjects there are to be found there. Welcome to UHH.

Join a photo club somewhere or give your self an assignment. Get books on photography and see what is up and try to do the same shots. Try something new and different and look it up on line or you tube and see how it is done and then go out and do it. THIS IS ALL UP TO YOU, NOT US. EITHER YOU ARE A SELF MOTIVATOR OR YOUR A BUMP ON A LOG, IT IS UP TO YOU.
Is there a psychologist in the house?

I don't think you can force this, just pick up your camera and start shooting some in your spare time, you'll know if and when the bug bites, if it doesn't, than like I said, it probably does not come by forcing it!
Start by looking around your house. What do you see? Now look at it as if you were going to 'shoot' it; lighting, composition, artistic or visual interest, etc. Move on to the outside and do the same, backyard, crawlspace, shed, nearby park, empty lot...... well, now you are walking and taking pictures while you go. (Two of my favorite things) Enjoy!
got my mojo working but just not working on you

If there is a photo club near by, join it. I became a photo enthusiast when I joined my club about 7 years ago. I have a lot of friends who love to do what I do and give me advice and encouragement. I also met one of my best friends who i now travel with from time to time with just photography in mind. Try it, you'll like it.
If you love cats and dogs, you might consider volunteering at a local shelter or rescue group. They need good photos to post on adoption websites. You'll also meet like minded people. Good luck.
If you don't know what to shoot, do 'portraits' of all your camera gear. That's what I'm doing now. I also put my digital stuff on hold and use my antique camera collection. I'm using a 1925 Kodak 127 Vest Pocket Hawkeye. One shutter speed, four f stops. A tiny folding camera that really makes you think about light and exposures...no point and shoot high speed shutter. I make 127 from 120...the remnant is reloaded into 110 carts...
