Challenge, November 24-26 "Favorite things your thankful for"

I volunteered for this challenge slot before my surgery date had been set so I'm making it a simple broad spectrum challenge. Think of things that you are really thankful for this Thanksgiving season. I'm sure you've probably taken images of those things so show me your favorites of the things you are thankful for. Some are serious I'm sure, some will be frivolous as well. Just have fun with this one.
Natonal pride, no matter what country your from, is sure to be a favorite of many.

Ok, I'll be first. One of my favourite things that I am thankful for is having a garden to enjoy flowers and nature every day. Sadly, many do not have this luxury.

To wake up alive to see another sunrise, ability to walk to the river, albeit slow, eyes to see the beauty, a dream camera to capture it, and walking back into the house and smelling turkey and seeing a long table ready for family and friends. Happy Thanksgiving everyone.

I am most thankful for my new home and the fenced in deck. We are so looking forward to entertaining on our new deck
