I have an Epson stylus photo that I brought back to live, also have a HP Photosmart 7520 all in one. I have a Color Monkey calibration system that I use on my laptop and also on my standalone Samsung monitor. I calibrated both screens and checked which calibration either is using in color management section of the printer. I printed several pictures of my granddaughter looked really good. Wife wanted them reprinted smaller and when I did they came out with a pink overcast. Used same glossy paper in both printings within 10 minuets. Sometimes this when my wife sends pictures from cell phone to the 7520 same thing happens. Either way looks like ink levels are low but not. Any ideas?
Which of the two printers did you get the pink overcast?
I think you have a nozzle clogged. Do nozzle check to see. Then do cleanings until all the nozzles are good.
Hi thought I would post about printers going odd. Both printers are operating as of this moment. Apparently we had some kind of minor electrical power failure and both printers froze. HP recommended that I leave printer on and unplug for 30 seconds and all is well. Did same with the Epson seems the cold reboot did the trick.
Life is good again.
