I have attached below an exposure chart which I put together from a variety of sources, including the sides of old film boxes. I include some EV's in the little pictures to help you make calculations for other situations. I set it up for ISO 100 film but I use it for other film speeds, making the appropriate adjustments. I have printed this chart and had it coated in plastic so it is more durable. I find it pretty handy. Please feel free to use it.
Any suggestions/corrections are welcome. (If there is an inconsistency in the values, it resides in the last box diagram which is for shooting stage subjects; however, I have found that even here using the chart generally works well).

Works fine for digital as well
This can be instructive to Digital people too. The one thing that film people don't understand when they go digital is that ISO (film speed) can be set at 800, 1600, 3200 without problems. David
