Canon 5DII ISO range

I've done a search for this topic, but found nothing.
In reading the manual it indicates a range from 100 to 6400. I am unable to set the ISO below 200.
Short of reading all 248 pages of the manual (again), I'm hoping someone who has this model can tell me what I'm doing wrong. The index ISO references are of no help.
Thanks in advance for any light you can shed on this topic.

Found this caution - might be the problem

If [8C.Fn II -3: Highlight tone priority] is set to [1: Enable], the settable ISO speed range will be ISO 200 - 6400.

In the menu go to C.FnII-3 Highlight tone priority. By enabling that you change the useable ISO to 200, turn it off and the ISO will go to 100. But you can read Shellback's post first.

Thank you both. Problem solved! They really don't make it easy to find.

That is incorrect, you can set the ISO as low as 50 and as high as 25600! And as mentioned earlier, you need to turn off Highlight tone priority!

Correct. I wasn't thinking about the extended ISO settings, but wasn't really thinking about those, as I wasn't able to get to 100.
