We are finally moving off this busy road, this sh__ _ _apt. and the gas station next door. House is on a dead end road , with private lake rights.l guess the people in the community use golf carts! Gonna have to get me one of those. The lake is a 5-10 min. walk from the house , unfortunately I can't walk that far. So...here's the lake , at the main boating place. I have the keys to the house but we have to play a $60 yearly fee to join the community. Which is just our one street.

Congrats!!! I love the walk out basement, the kitchen looks nice and large and the backyard looks like a kids dream.
In our community people drive golf carts to take their kids to school and over to one of our community pools. We have 2 pool areas with 7 separate pools (one is adult only, one day I will get to join those happy adults sitting pool side with their adult only beverages and no kids yelling "Mom Look at me, MOM!!!", I look longly over the fence every year, lol)

Thank you so much! That's only the garage side. The other side isn't finished but has the W+D hookups! I think swimming lessons are a must! That is a big lake! I've already been told that half of the basement is his , I can have the rest of house. Bet ya no car ever goes there... just all his tools and tractors! Jen
