Old shots I thought I'd convert to B&W...
Do they work?

Done on my tablet with just a simple editing program.

Both are interesting compositions that work well in B&W.

Thanks Carol... I've been trying my hand in B&W. I belong to another site that shows such beautiful B&W work and I figure it will keep me from being so heavy handed with color.

They certainly work for me, Angela! Both are just beautiful, and I envy anybody who can successfully convert to B/W which you've done here. I love your sunny flowers and the low angle of your beach shot. You had to have sprawled in the sand!!

Donna, is there a trick or something that I don't know... I just converted them, what's so hard??!! and the beach shot is from my cell from when we went to Hawaii last year and no, I wasn't sprawled!! LOL!!! But I'm glad you like them!!
