The mouth parts, wing venation and antennae resemble the bee flies, but I'm not familiar with one with that particular shape.

I sent an ID request to Bug Guide a few days ago and hope someone there will come up with an ID. I think that it is a Dolichopdidae or Long-Legged Fly but have not found out which one.
