Still trouble with PSE14

I initially posted my troubles being unable to use PSE14 downloaded to a new Win10 computer on Nov 3rd. I got a couple of suggestions and workarounds which didn't work. Was getting some help from Adobe, but they seemed to have quit a couple of days ago. Can anyone recommend another software program that uses a layers method for photography processing? I'm using a trial version of 15 now, but can't get Topaz to load. Would this be because I am using a trial version? I'm getting pretty frustrated. Will Corel or other software play hoast to Topaz? Lot's of questions. Please only respond to the ones you know the answer to. Thanks everyone. djt

Trial versions often have limited functionality to get you to buy the full version. Often "save" and other file commands are disabled. I would contact the vendor and ask.

The Adobe trial versions aren't supposed to be crippled versions and should work with all plugins. If you are having trouble with the Topaz plugin, I'd call their tech support to get help. Adobe doesn't have anything to do with 3rd party support. You must call the Topaz people for support.
