The Zion shots were with the Sony A7r II camera and the new 24-70 f2.8 GM lens from Sony. I love both lenses. These images also used a Zeiss Circular Polarizer.

Thanks, I liked the skies and also the remaining yellow in the Aspens and the backlighting that highlighted them.

I noticed the third image is the same as the first one. I have another image in this series which is a bit wider in view. Looks like I have to post it as a new topic since I can't seem to edit this one anymore!

Its impossible to take a bad image in Zion, but it helps to have a good lens and a polarizing filter for days like this!

I liked the backlit trees, but they are out of scale with the mesa in the back left, so this one is probably not as good as the other two. Thoughts?
