Dance Competition

Hello all,
I just spend two full days shooting several thousand photos at a dance competition.
Low light, high speed, tri-pod work. These are all about timing. I do not shoot any of these using multi-shot. Each shot is a separate decision to press the shutter release.
The photos below are three of my favourites from the session.
All of these were taken using my Canon 7D with the 70-200mm F/2.8 IS II lens.
Any suggestions?

Crop to the dancer! Dancer is subject. To much dead space adds no value.

Excellent! I would mask out the white back drop and zoom in with PS on the dancers. These photos are a post processors dream! (if your not a purist)

Liked all of them, but #1 the best. What ISO, shutter, and f-stop did it take to freeze the hair?

I liked the shots....what I also like is the additional settings info because it helps us with our photography and it also helps analyzing your photo's and the effort it goes into it.....thanks!
