Terrific photos Jim, the Madarin and the Wood Duck are my favorites. I am back from Burma where Imhave been without Internet access for the most part. Good to be able to see the uhh's in action again post some of my shots.

Love the colors and the photos are really sharp. Great set. Must be Lancashire ducks. Don't ever remember seeing any in Cheshire when I was growing up
Morning Caldian and thanks for taking the time to taking the time to look in I appreciate it.Glad you liked them.These photos where taken at Martin mere wetlands wildlife trust Caldian and aren't indigenous to the British isles.They where introduced to this country in Victorian times and over the years from China and other otherAsian countries, some have been escapees from zoos and the like and over the years they have been breeding in the wild in certain parts of the country making a plus for us because they are a beautiful bird to photograph.
