Well actually, over here our police have Panda Cars. This fellow or woman decided to go a bit further, it must be legal or it wouldn't be on the road.

The term "panda car" was first used to refer to British police cars painted with large panels of light blue and white.

Don't worry my friend, the car must be 100% safe. Same as in the USA, all cars on the road over three years old must pass a
stringent Minstry Of Transport Test, for which a certificate is issued, pass or fail. Any cars that fail will not be allowed on the
road and unable to get road tax or insurance, which is vital and you will be imprisoned if you fail to do this and are involved in an accident.
