Number 1 looks good, number 3 would be better in my opinion cropped and more highlight on the bridge.
The OP asked "WHICH TWO".
I am all in for the mood and palette in #1.
The second one may be a good candidate for B&W or Sepia, to capitalize on the oldtimey look. And #3, maybe a little less processing. Cheers, TG
#1, best overall composition, to me #3 has a un-natural hdr look.

For me it goes in order #1 # 2 # 3
No question for me--number one, then three, then two.
1, 3 then 2. A download of 1 and 3 would have made it easier. 3 is pretty and common. 1 is stark and mysterious and the composition is VG.
#3 is my favorite. Nice reflections!!
