This cypress tree is copyrighted. You can take as many pictures as you like, but can't sell them. You have a great capture. I like the first one best. David

I am sure you are right about the tree being the most photographed tree in the world, It is truly amazing how it has survived all these years in such a precarious position. Thanks for looking at this shot.

I am glad you enjoyed the first shot! I have no intention of selling this shot as there are many pictures of this tree which are far better than mine Thank you for your comment.
