Northern Lights and the Milky Way--two in one!

One night I awoke to see a slight glow in the north sky--so headed out with my camera to try for some Northern Lights shots reflecting in the nearby slough along the road. Was happy when the Milky Way was also visible

thanks everyone--glad you are enjoying. i think if I had been out there earlier [it was 2:30] when I noticed them, they would have been higher in the sky. still glad for what I saw as I sat on the ground in the middle of the night with my tripod and hoped no one came down the road I was on!
They were loading a train and the near by grain elevator and their lights lit up the foreground rocks for me--how nice of them!
