Sorry, but this one looks like a snapshot of my wife with her pants off sitting on the couch in in my daughter's living room. It also seems out of focus which would indicate to me that I was the one who took the picture.

If you have a wife who looks like that it's understandable why your shot would be out of focus in fact why are you screwing around with a camera anyway? Aren't there more urgent matters to attend to?

It's good to have good memories. And maybe some old photos.

Tainkc, when you show up and make fun of a picture instead of offering useful criticism, you make others not want to post. That is opposite of what we should be going for. Please say something useful, or don't comment.

I really like the "mood" of this shot and all that it suggests. Nice capture (including the smile!).

Sorry, I must have missed your "useful criticism" of the photo in question.

Focus looks a little soft, but I am looking at this on my phone. I think the bright window in the background and the hot spot on her knee are distracting. Yes guys her knee is in the photo go back and take another look.:) I really like the lines of her left leg. Especially the foot in heals. Overall a very good shot. Hope you post more.

O.k., no problem. This is a piss poor photo all the way around. The background and setting sure makes this look like a snapshot. The lighting is flat, there is either distortion or the camera was not level. It is also not focused very good. If this was downloadable, one would see this even better. Very pretty model. I can say more, but why beat the guy to death? I was trying to be polite with a little humor thrown in. I would be doing this gentleman a disservice if I were to give him an "Atta' Boy!". When I post a photo, I would truly want to know the good or the bad. This is how one learns. I am not a pro, so I can not throw out technical terms or even offer the proper position of the lights in most cases, but I am knowledgeable enough to know what I am looking at. If one wants to post a poorly taken photo and receive false praise, then they just need to post in the main photo gallery. There is plenty of that there.

The background behind the sofa is very distracting even if it provided backlight. Attractive model, nice hair, eyes and smile. I agree that her left leg has good lines, and is posed well. However, her right arm appears amputated above the wrist and her right thigh doesn't exist due to camera angle / foreshortening. It's also lit quite differently from the rest of her body so it stands out and seems somewhat disjointed (unintended pun). I think that with a change in camera angle and good use of some reflectors, this shot could be improved. This is only one frame from your shoot and I hope you have others that show your model in a better light. (Just my 2cents, MHO). Thanks for sharing.

We've seen your other work, and this shot is nowhere near as good. The background, posing, and lighting need major improvement. The model, as usual, is spectacular. Give us more of your best, please.
