Barry, I see that version 4.1.2 is the latest version for the PC Windows Operating System. I'm currently using Photomatix and very please with it. If you click on this link you can view some of them. http://www.dubinphotography.net/Events/Melbourne-HDR-July-7-2011/17995287_GJkwMJ#1378784647_n4NBQfr

This program has free upgrades, so if you don't have the latest it is easy just to upgrade to the next version

I sure the Pro version---LOVE it. Super easy and one of the things I like about it is I can upload more than 3 pics to merge.

Buy it, you won't be let down.

Seems Complicated to me.

Thanks for the info. I visited your site and love the enhancements you made. Will definitely buy it. Do you have version 4.12?

Why don't you post some photos so we can give you some feedback on what you can do to improve your Photomatix process. Photomatix has several presets on the bottom that you can use initially to see how your photos will look. I also recommend that you look at some training videos on how to use Photomatix.

I see those at the bottom but not of them are for me.
I've been playing with photonatix this morning and can't get any where with it.
I'll check out the sites you sent and see if I can understand it more ... Thanks

Looks like I have to take three different exposures to get one.
If that's the case, I don't have time for it.
Just seems complicated to me ....

Anyway, It doesn't work well with one photo ....

Don't mean to sound rude, but these techniques call for practice and many times need adjustments in another piece of software. They are not a one click function.

What is your vision with HDR? As Arnold suggest, if you post something along with comments of what isn;t working and what you would like it would be more helpful.

Guess I'm looking for a picture perfect photo fix.
I just don't have the knowledge to use photomatix ...
