The beauty of this bird is shown to perfection in your wonderful shots, Bob. I used to try and shoo our jays, because they can be such bullies at times, but since I gave up trying to keep them off the feeders, I've learned to really enjoy them, and they've become quite tame. I think their beauty is taken for granted, because they're such commonly seen birds.
