Nice patterns, Linda; I like them all, but the third one stands out the most to me.
Thank you kindly, John. I foolishly stepped out of the car with a shorter lens; should have realized there might be a great blue heron hiding in the cattails to catch before to the landscape shots
Another beautiful series Linda. Such nice colors and lighting. Your #3 photo is great with the bird reflection in the water. #2 is pretty darn cool as well. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you, Dennis. So glad you enjoyed! #2 has stood the test of time (well, a few months' worth anyway) and is framed in a grouping of 5 simple black frames on a small wall (varying sizes, but largest is 11x14).
I love the light in the first photo. My first thought was of those old film strips we used to watch, in Catholic grade school. That sunlight breaking through the clouds would cue the ominous organ music, with the Voice...
The second shot is also very cool. All of those little strings hanging off the horizontal lines are affected by the breeze in the same manner. It looks like upside down mirror writing on lined paper. I keep wanting to hold my monitor up to a mirror, to get the secret message.
Very nice.

Love how you nailed the beams in #1...the leading lines in #2...the dreamy peacefulness of #3...the silhouettes of #4...and all coming from the same source, the hops fields! You captured four different moods from one...(in the height of crop season)...busy place...good job!!
Great series. I particularly like the first and last ones. I am beginning to believe this is your favorite time of the year. The hops being harvested.

#2 shot last November; the rest are from a few days ago. Thanks for viewing!
Excellent set linda. There's a little of everything here...Sunny rays, interesting lines, nice reflection, and beautiful silhouettes. Love your hops show.
Excellent. Second and third images are really grand, but the third, with the solitary bird is breathtaking. I do hope it prints our large and wonderful and hangs in a lovely location.
Thanks for sharing.
Beautiful series, Linda, and excellent work!

Sure am glad these people like to grow hops!! It is one of my favorite ingredients!!
