Since my enhancement technology is basically at a zero level, I have to rely on the digital capabilities of my camera to arrive at acceptable shots. I have to call my grandson to come over when I want to change the "wallpaper". I have spent a significant part of the last sixty-plus years enjoying taking photos and can appreciate the advances that have occurred with the cameras. Most of my subjects seem to lean toward nature...birds, flowers, trees and such. I rely heavily on the capabilities of the camera and lenses to achieve the results I am after. The only software enhancements I am capable of are within Photoshop elements...sizing, cropping, clean-up cloning, sharpening, adjusting lighting (shadows, highlights, brightness). I own no other enhancing software. This is my initial post, and I am trying to introduce myself to you other members along with a sampling of some of my work. It is a pleasure to be associated with such an elite group!

Bob, these are quite nice, in fact very good. Your ability to capture images such as these without much PP, speaks well of your skills with a camera. The skills you have with PS are very similar to those used in the darkroom while making a print. It's similar to my approach. Yes, I'll admit to having the favorite plugins, but use them only when required by a client. Keep up the good work and I'm looking forward to seeing more of it.

Those are very good. Keep it up!
nothing wrong with PSE, and there is a $12 app "Elements+" that adds more stuff to PSE so it is 90-95% of Photo Shop.
http://elementsplus.net/, note there is a version for each version of PSE, if you try it, get the right one. I have it on PSE 13, haven't gotten it for PSE 14 bacause I started learning Photo Shop CC2015.

Bob, you are a perfect fit for this forum. Your work is beautiful and expertly done. I looked closely at the downloads of each of these and they are technically very good in addition to being very appealing.

Ahhhhhh YES! As someone has one said in the past, if I were passing by these in a gallery, I'd stop to look more closely.
