Testing Lightning Trigger

I got a new lightning trigger from Greece on ebay. First change to test it out was last night. Here are the best two shots I was able to get. Taken with a Nikon D7100 with Tokina SD 11-16 F2.8 (IF) DX II AT-X Pro.

I just bought the lightning trigger from Amazon haven't had lightning yet to test it I have the 6D Canon.
We're currently having plenty of storms from the tropical system just not enough lightning for me to set up and get a shot yet I'm getting a bit anxious
