Very nice set. I think I like the fourth one the best, that bright vertical light in the background really sets off the bird.
Looks like you got a male... I posted a set of a female in the wildflowers in my backyard a few days ago.

Thanks John, I am almost always shooting with back light, not my favorite, but you have to shoot them when they come. I have had quite a few more females & a inmature male with a few colored spots on his neck. Hey they are all beautiful.
