Has anyone had any experance with--- DigitalDepot online---, they have prices pretty low but don't want to get scamed
I believe I recall some negative feedback about this facility. Go up to the search bar and type in the name and see what comes up.
If you don't want to get scammed scratch them off your consideration list. If you watch this or any of the other forums you will see B & H and Adorama highly recommended above all others. This is for a reason.
Ditto .. do a search here for them and you will cross them totally of your list. There are enough bad comments from buyers & people here to keep me away from them. I will only buy from B & H, KEH and Adorama.

run away BIG TIME SCAM COMPANY. here is an inconvient truth, you are not going to get a real bargin price on new camera equipment. every retailer pays the same price by law, where the bigger volume stores get a break is on payment terms and interest rate charged. everybody should come in within 10 to 15% of each other depending on the cost of doing business. a store in NY is going to have higher costs than say a store in atlanta. Keep this motto in mind IF IT LOOKS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT IS!!!!
THANKS ALL, just need to have someone confirm my suspicions
I was scammed by them. The low prices are to lure you in. Everyone that's done business with them has had a problem with them. Don't know what's wrong with those damn yankee's but they try to do everybody wrong. Leave them alone.
Where are they located at

they are strictly online scam artists...no real location.
In the basement of B&H ( I hope not ) thanks for info I won't go there
Ya, get this. I saw a Canon 5D mark 11 for around $1,100 on that site. (body only) I thought this sounded to good to be true. I called and I said, jokingly, What is this camera in Japanese? And he said "yes it is"! I couldn't believe it! I could not find that anyway on the page I was looking at and he told me to click on "specifications" or something like that and he said it states clearly "imported model". O.K. sorry, I did not know that meant it was in Japanese. I told him that they should clearly state that imported model means Japanese and he told me that is redundant and most people know what that means. Ah, o.k. thanks. I will stick with B & H.
sorry, i meant to say "anywhere on the page". I guess I should proof read before I hit Send.
