No. But I would remember a security briefing that I signed, prior to my taking the job of Sec'y of state. I remember the Contract I signed 45 years ago when I bought my first house. I remember the interview with the US Coast Guard 8 years ago when I vouched for my friends address. Hillary said "I don't recall" many many times regarding very important things. I think that even you would remember signing a document regarding National Security.
