There's a starman waiting in the sky
He'd like to come and meet us
But he thinks he'd blow our minds
There's a starman waiting in the sky
He's told us not to blow it
'Cause he knows it's all worthwhile
He told me
Let the children lose it
Let the children use it
Let all the children boogie
Starman - David Bowie
For your consideration
What an utterly charming study Billy. You caught a moment in time to a "T". A moment of expression that I have seen many times when a mischievous child is caught in the act. "Don't touch the cigarettes!" comes to my mind here.
Darn I'm busted. How do i explain myself out of this one. lol Great expression. Just wish the bag on the floor was not in the shot. Of course if you went to move it, it would kill the timing on catching the shot.
The crop is too easy. I wanted Ole Billy to work for it. lol
Very nice, tack sharp, beautiful expression. Leave the bag on the floor, it balances the photo.

If it was taken a s a portrait I would have moved the bag somehow but I took this as a street fota so this is that little girls world so not up to me to tidy it up to impress folks with my snapping skills. Also I feel the pink of the bag and the pink of her dress provide some sort of diagonal symmetry.
I read stuff like that all the time on these pages which makes no sense at all but makes one sound knowledgeable so thought I would join in lol.
No seriously I just feel street should not be subjected to major surgery in PP but I fully understand your viewpoint and Rob has provided a version you may prefer.
I appreciate your comments my friend

I agree with you but post here for opinion so all are welcome. Its the diversity of views which provide ideas at times.
Thank you for taking a look and commenting my man very much appreciated.
What a little cutie. I also like the pink bag left in for the reasons you outlined, Billy.

Charming study indeed. What a sweet kid! And yes, someone has just told her not to touch the cigarettes (though the pack looks empty). The pink bag in the foreground balances the hanging bag. Wouldn't change a thing!
