Great close ups. I'll bet all his little pin feathers are itchy. You should invite him back for another shoot when his feathers are all in. He might be more handsome but he can't get any cuter than he is now!

i did invite him back and told him my bill is cheep! i hope i can shoot him when he is fully feathered and grown.
thanks for visiting and commenting carol. i appreciate it very much!

Now he's a beauty of a catch!! Merry, you either have to supply wet ones with that food or tell him to lick his beak!!
Love the details you captured and even better on the downloads!!

thank you so much angela for your tweet comment!
he is a messy little tweeter isn't he? miss manners would be appalled if she saw his messy beak!
i appreciate you checking out the downloads. i think he'd look really cool perched on that arty tree you posted.

LOL... Miss Manners... I haven't heard about her in a long time, maybe that's why this younger generation has none!!!
Your little guy would blend right into that tree, especially when his feathers are all grown in!! They are such beautiful little birds!!

Thank you very much for your nice comment sylvia! He might be a little more wary of the photographer under the trees when he is grown
though.
