I think he should take 2 wheels off each car prop them up with 2X4's and call them motorcycles, that will take care of the neighbors!!

The way I read the article.......it would also be illegal to park your personal vehicle in your driveway.
I'm referring to the car you drive everyday. People could easily see it in your driveway and determine it was a car.....regardless of its condition.

Been there done that. it's a long story, but even though I won in court, the new city ordinance inspector chose to ignore that. I ended up building a garage to conceal the vehicle.
