Having taught in schools from junior high to college for forty years, I definitely believe it. I'm beginning to think that folks should have to pass a common sense test to be able to vote. That doesn't mean everyone should agree with my views, but perhaps we need some way to weed out the clueless when election time comes. This move should be beneficial to both parties.

Are you saying the producers staged the answers?
While I fully believe the people who laughed at the very idea being proposed (there are a lot of such videos) were edited out, but the people shown are honestly answering.

I was at the DMV here, and watched as people signed a petition to ban dihydrogen monoxide. Yes, many laughed, but many signed.
