I tried to duplicate my avatar of the Blue Angels nose to nose from 2012 with the Thunderbirds this year. Couldn't quite get it.
If you ask me, the Blue Angels gave a more thrilling show, both lower and closer. All photos from today and four years ago were with the same Canon 5D II with a 70-200 2.8 IS with a 2X multiplier.

Nice shots, Sunrisepano, but gosh, in #3 it looks like the jet if flying right into that building! Brings back some horrible memories.
