This lady knows how to use the Democratic playbook to win an election. Maybe Hillary coached her.

The democratic plan didn't work out so well for this fine Democrat.

Not a surprise, since there seems to be no defending this democrat state attorney general for underhanded election tactics. The libs know that some issues are non debatable, and they above all want to encourage their illusion of winning. Their newspapers, magazines, websites, and tame media are slanting the polls, news, and opinions to create the illusion of victory. They thrive on data, and when the data does not support their agenda, they make their own data.
A good example of this is the so called polls. It has been pointed out the when Trump started to look better in the polls, the pollsters changed the way they gathered data. Some non-biased polls have shown that Trump is indeed ahead in this race, but those polls will never be shown by the liberal mainstream media. Their game of cooking the news and opinion has worked in the past so they have no reason to stop this practice.

Yep. Trump fills stadiums with people waiting outside while Shillary can't even fill a school gym yet they claim she's winning. She's in such bad health I doubt she makes it to the election. That won't hurt my feelings a bit.

Did you ever think of what would happen if she were elected but became unable to fulfill her office before being sworn in at the inauguration?

You have touched on a subject that Trump should hammer mercilessly: how qualified is Tim Kaine to be president?

The question is, if this were to occur before the inauguration the new president and the new vice president would not have been sworn in, and there would still be a sitting president. What do you think would happen?

That one is making the Internet rounds. It's used to suggest Obama will declare an emergency and seize a third term. Given the intensity of the Trump movement, that would trigger a constitutional crisis of Gordian Knot proportion.

Obama & Biden's terms would be legally over... he would hold no legal authority- no other past president has such power- they would be one of them... The constitution would dictate that the line of succession would make the speaker of the house president. ANYTHING else would cause a horrific constitutional crisis and could cause a civil war.

Judging from his actions so far, this president seems to have very little respect for the legality of his actions.

But their terms are not over from Nov 9 to Jan 20 noon.

On January 20th, Obama will make the call on his special cellphone that blows an aneurysm in Hillary's skull... and instill Michelle as queen of the US!
