Dinner?

She was pulling weeds in the garden on a hot summer day when her husband
came outside to ask what they were having for dinner.
Irritated by the thought of him sitting in the air conditioned house while
she worked away in the garden, she said,
"I can't believe you're asking me about food right now!
Pretend I'm out of town and make dinner yourself!"
So he went back in the house and fixed himself a big steak, baked potato,
garlic bread, and a tall beer.
His wife came in just as he was finishing and asked,
"Where's my dinner?"
Huh? he replied, "I thought you were out of town."
