I just order the 55-300mm f/4.5-5.6G ED AF-S DX VR Lens for my Nikon D5500 Camera. I will let you know how I like it. Anyone else using this lens with there Nikon camera? Pro - Cons. I have the 55-200mm already. Just needed something for taking pictures of my grandsons basketball and football games from the bleachers. Will this lens do the job? I was thinking about a monopod for this camera. What are you using, you are very happy with. I see there all over the place as far as price. Thanks for all the Welcomes. I'm learning a lot from everyyone in this group.

When first purchased my Nikon D5500 camera, which came with DX AF-S 18-55mm lens. Sense then I have added many more lens and taken a lot more photos these past 6months. I also started a blog site where a lot of my photos are available to my family, friends, and this informative web site.
