Yesterday morning at Chinook Pass, Cascade Mountains. The flowers are a bit past peak now, but I couldn't resist the sunshine; six days ago it was 40 degrees with heavy, wet fog!
Thanks for viewing!

Congrats on getting up that early.
It has been years since I did that, though I have gone to bed that late a time or two since I retired.

Beautiful light on the flowers Linda, like the composition very much. It looks quite magical!

Excellent, Linda. I like it very much. Maybe I might get rid of the two largest dots/spots if it was mine--JMO.

Thanks, Earl. I'm thinking you are quite right - and maybe more than just two while I'm at it
Linda, I like this image. Sure, maybe there is too much flare, but photography doesn't always have to be about technical perfection. It is, or should be, about creativity, and I believe you have created an outstanding photo here. The backlighting along with the super DOF makes this a very pleasing image.
No, it is an interesting shot that kept my attention.
